"Overall, a solid shopping experience"
I placed my order on October 15 and got it on October 23. The emails from Hayneedle with updates were mostly on point and timely. The area rug arrived well-packaged and in mint condition. It looks just like the picture and fits perfectly under my dining table. I deducted one star since they don’t inform you about the return policy until after the purchase, plus they sent a message saying my item was backordered when it actually shipped that same day.

"Hayneedle Review Update"
I was pretty anxious after checking out the reviews, but I ended up being really happy with my purchase from Hayneedle. The product was super well made, and it showed up in just 2 days. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. My first experience was awesome!

This was my initial order with Hayneedle. I got cushions for my dining benches and chairs. After seeing other reviews, I was quite nervous about whether my order would arrive on time or if it would even show up at all. Did I mess up by ordering from Hayneedle?

"Worked out well for me"
I got myself a really cool and distinctive end table, and it turned out just fine. After placing my order, I stumbled upon some negative reviews, which made me a bit anxious, but I'm super pleased with it. It's a fantastic addition to my space.

Consumer safety com and bbb need to review all the serious poorly welded, or poorly designed products that result in injuries .why indifference?

I purchased an expensive fire pit table and chairs. the fire pit table stopped working shortly after we set it up. now i am trying to deal with blue rhino (who knew hayneedle did not guarantee their products!) and am getting nowhere with them. how can i return the product?

This is my first order. i just placed an order for cushions for my dining room benches and chairs. after reading the reviews, i am very nervous.

Am thinking of buying entertainment set, after the reviews am a little bit worried
