"Good experience overall"
Ordered on October 15, received order on October 23rd. Emails from Hayneedle with updates were (almost all) timely and correct. Area rug was packaged securely and in perfect condition. Exactly as pictured, looks great under dining table. Took off one star because they won't tell you whether your item is returnable until after you buy it, and because they sent an email saying item was backordered when it wasn't, it shipped that same day.

"Hayneedle UPDATE"
After being very anxious about the reviews I read, I was very pleasantly surprised with my purchase from Hayneedle. Not only was the product very well made, it arrived in just 2 days. I will order from Hayneedle again. My experience first experience was great!

This is my first order with Hayneedle. I ordered cushions for my dining benches and chairs. After reading other reviews, I am very nervous I will not get my order on time or it will not come at all. Did I make a mistake ordering from Hayneedle?

"Did fine by me"
I purchased a pretty nice and unique end table had no problem. I read some bad reviews after ordering so was nervous but am very happy with it. Great addition.

Consumer safety com and bbb need to review all the serious poorly welded, or poorly designed products that result in injuries .why indifference?

I purchased an expensive fire pit table and chairs. the fire pit table stopped working shortly after we set it up. now i am trying to deal with blue rhino (who knew hayneedle did not guarantee their products!) and am getting nowhere with them. how can i return the product?
